This picture was made using TTR Phase Files (some were likely used in TTO first), Panda3D 1.8.1, Python 2.7.3, Notepad, MS Paint, and various online tutorials.

Most of the models and texture maps used here were extracted from the Toontown Rewritten Phase Files as they were at July 23, 2018.

Some of the models and texture maps used here came with Panda3D 1.8.1, downloaded/installed in 2013 or 2014. Could be as old as 2005 or 2002.

"phase_5\models\cogdominium\tt_m_ara_cmg_quadrant3.bam", shown in the middle, is the Field Office environment.
