I have a couple questions:

1) Does Toon-Up improve the chance of Lure, because it is a previous gag that "hit"?

2) Does Trap improve the chance of Drop?

3) What is an example of a situation where none of the sub-conditions hold? I don't understand what "affected the group" means and why it doesn't apply to all gags.
