Does the shift button work at all for non-typing functions? Does Shift+Tab make the camera go backwards through the camera angles?

Try doing it when you first login to the game before you start playing Trolley games. Sometimes the game can be buggy and... well, picky. :/

Also, don't take a screenshot on the Pick-a-Toon screen, don't go into the first person view when running through the loading zones in streets, and be sure to brush your teeth at least twice a day.
