I remember him on the old toontown online commercial when i was very young in the past. and, toontown got closed on September 19, 2013 due to club penguin and mobile apps (I do admit that Toontown online as a mobile game would be cool idea). if club penguin hasn't been brought out by disney, then maybe they will update more for toontown online but it doesn't because Toontown Online is a old game.
