If you get Robber Barons or Mr. Hollywoods, don't worry at all! I go to Minnie's Melodyland and find a 3 story cashbot building. These are very easy to complete alone. The last floor should have one Robber Baron. I got the simple spoon from it in one try! Robber Barons can easily be found without having to do 4/5 story cashbot buildings.

For Mr. Hollywoods, I find that doing the VP usually gets you a decent amount of Mr. Hollywoods. I usually get about 6 Mr. Hollywoods per VP run. Great when you need to get caviar, ice cream cones, or some make-up powder from Mr. Hollywoods!
