Before I change something, let me ask a question about this part of the page:

It's unknown who invented it in Toontown Online, but in Toontown Rewritten, Doctor Surlee "invented" the Silly Meter with a redesign.

While I am not 100% sure, but why is it considered unknown? Didn't Loony Labs invent the Silly Meter? Doctor Surlee is apart of Loony Labs, isn't he? If that's the case, Doctor Surlee inventing the Silly Meter on TTR is nothing new.
