I'm not so sure where you got "official" from but in the news post where it talks about it: https://www.toontownrewritten.com/news/item/22/daily-alpha-update-the-grey-zone it's spelt with an "e". If there's another source where it's spelt with an "a" then please show me but I changed it so it was according to the news post.

The Grey is related to the storyline because as it says in "Trivia": 

  • Sir Max also confirmed that the Gray to be a canon location in the March 24 Q&A Livestream hosted by Slate Blue Rabbit.

and they've made a couple references in news posts. Sure, it's not DEEPLY involved in the storyline, but Joey confirmed it to be canon and therefore I believe it should be included. I think the History category can be removed.
