People are saying Slappy's votes were rigged and he did not deserve to win, but I would like to say something about that. If you didn't notice, Flippy and Slappy had the same votes for a second, then Flippy got one extra vote. In the upcoming seconds, Slappy's votes then boosted up to over 5,000 and officially won the election. You may think those votes weren't real, but it would be VERY RARE for two candiates to receive the exact same number of votes. One of them could of receive a lot more votes and that is Slappy. So, I would say Slappy did really win, unless the TTR team planned a plot twist for the election, which I think wouldn't be fair to kill off Slappy like that. I hope he is still our new president. :)

Some people did not know what the correct votes were because they watched the official livestream, which the view of the livestream was the same as the Toon TV, so you could barely Slappy's number of votes. I suggest watching Slate's election video to get a better view and see the number of votes, as that is where I got all of this information.
