There is no such thing as a Throwless or Squirtless toon on TTR.  Squirtless means you have Toon-Up, Trap, Lure, Sound, Throw, and Drop without any access to the Squirt track.  Also you cannot claim a three-tracker such as those Cast Members to be semi-reverses.  By default, a semi is a Toon with half (3/6) of their gag tracks maxed because you are required to have six tracks in the end.  Those toons have ONLY three maxed tracks. It's like the "Throwless/Squirtless" label is making them hide something that is beyond their control.
