Animation
- The Cog wiggles their fingers and summons a storm cloud on top of the targeted Toon.
- If the attack hits, words such as "Outside the Box", "Push the Envelope", and "Fast-track" rain down from the storm cloud.
- If the attack misses, the Toon simply moves out of the way.
