Animation

1. The Tightwad puts his hands up front and wiggles his fingers.
2. A pillar of flames appear beneath the targeted Toon.
   • If the attack hits, the Toon trips after getting hit by the flames.
   • If the attack misses, the Toon simply moves out of the way to avoid the flames.
