Animation

1. The Spin Doctor leans towards the targeted Toon, forming red particles.
2. The particles gradually move towards the Toon.
   • If the attack hits, the Toon becomes surrounded by the particles and start to spin uncontrollably for a short period of time.
   • If the attack misses, the Toon jumps away from the particles.
