Hey, X Jumper. You should read my comment above. XD

I'm pretty sure Sir Max said that the elections were NOT rigged.  Then he said that in TTR cannon, the citizens of TTO also voted for Slappy, with the same result. (That's why Paula Behr was the only Polar Bear in TTO.)

Undo Mistakes, not Fate. (He likes to say that alot, doesn't he?)

And yeah, that livestream's camera angles are kinda weird sometimes.  Didn't Sir Max say he was going to redo that livestream and make it look like it was intended?  I haven't heard anything new from that.
