In that case, the terms should be quoted. Without quotes, it is factual information. Regardless, the claim will always be untrue simply because every Toon always starts with Throw and Squirt. You might as well call them Seltzerless+ toons because that is exactly what they are. These toons had to use Squirt gags to get to the squirt gun, so you can't just dismiss that from the legitimate play of the game.
I'm sorry, but that is exactly what causes misinformation to spread. I did a CEO with a Soundless who had level 1 Toonup and Lure. Someone mentioned, "It's a shame that the Soundless can't Toonup." Immediately someone asked, "How? If they are Soundless, then they should have Toonup." A semi, at its core, is a Toon who has to purposely neglect gag training to fulfill their desire of being a "past" Uber. They will always have six gag tracks no matter what. I stand by my claim of saying my Trapless has level three Squirt and I refused to train it because I didn't want to use it. At least it's more accurate than just saying "Squirtless."
You're mixing apples and oranges. You're comparing the technical merit a staff member has by generating a sandbox toon with a gag track combination that is impossible for a regular player to obtain with a standard semi-reverse layout from a legitimate player. If a semi-reverse is based on the meta technicality embodied by standard players, then how come these Cast Members do not have the same gag layout as a regular player? That would make the claim stronger if semi-reverses are canon to the lore. I kept it vague on purpose because they are clearly toons that only have access to three tracks rather than keeping some at a low level. Thus, it is literally a mix of a standard three-track Uber with a high laff. There should not be a specific pinpoint as to what type of Ubers are canon or not. Those Cast Members should already generalize that Ubers play a certain role in the lore. In their cases, a modified style of a three-tracker has been confirmed canon in broad daylight.
