1. A Bloodsucker steps forward and wiggles their fingers.
2. White particles appear around the targeted Toon and move toward the Bloodsucker.
   • If the attack hits, the Toon cringes and turns black momentarily.
   • If the attack misses, the Toon ducks underneath the white particles.
