Cartoonival bags
Cartoonival bags are special bags scattered around the Cartoonival Grounds that offer a certain number of jellybeans or Cartoonival tokens.

Bean bags
Bean bags are colored grey, vary in size, and contain five different jellybean values. The color of the jellybean depicted on a bag indicates the number of jellybeans from that bag and its rarity. Green and cyan bean bags tend to appear frequently, whereas yellow, orange, and purple bean bags have a rarer chance of appearing. When a bean bag is collected, the number of jellybeans that a Toon receives is displayed at the bottom left of the screen.

Token bags
Token bags are colored brown that simply show a token icon and contain 10 or 20 tokens each. When a token bag is collected, the number of tokens that a Toon receives is displayed at the bottom left of the screen.
Trivia
- Before ToonFest rebranded to Cartoonival, token bags previously had an icon with "TF" written on them.
- The idea of bean bags was created by a community member named Taylor who won a "Prep for ToonFest" contest held from July 9th to July 27th in 2015.[1] The idea was further expanded by the Toontown Rewritten Team to also include token bags, both of which were first released for ToonFest 2015.
- If a Toon's jellybean jar and jellybean bank are full, they are not able to collect a bean bag. If a Toon's token jar is full, they are not able to collect a token bag.
