Fountain Pen is a Cog attack that is performed by Glad Handers, Pencil Pushers, Micromanagers, and Head Hunters.

Animation

1. The Cog brings out a fountain pen and pulls a lever on it.
2. A line of ink from the fountain pen is directed towards the targeted Toon.
   • If the attack hits, the Toon's head is filled with ink for a few seconds as they slightly lean backward before they shake it off.
   • If the attack misses, the Toon ducks to make the ink go above them.
