Animation

1. The Cog shows a placard of smiling teeth to the targeted Toon.
2. A ring of sparkles appears from the placard and flies towards the Toon.
   • If the attack hits, the Toon attempts to shield their face as the sparkles hit them.
   • If the attack misses, the Toon jumps out of the way to avoid getting hit by the sparkles.
