Red Tape is a Cog attack that is performed by Two-Faces, Ambulance Chasers, Bloodsuckers, and The Factory Foreman.

Animation

1. The Cog brings out a roll of red tape and throws it toward the targeted Toon.
   • If the attack hits, the red tape fastens around the Toon's body, causing them to struggle to escape until it disappears.
   • If the attack misses, the Toon jumps over the red tape and it disappears.
