HQ Officer	Librarian Larry is quite the bookworm... In fact, I haven't seen him take his head out of a book in so long, I'm not sure if he's even a cat anymore! Could you check up on him? You can find him in the "Toontown Library" in Toontown Central's playground. I really hope he's not a worm.	I wonder if Larry is writing anything new, or has he really turned into a worm?
Librarian Larry	I'm writing a book on all things Toontown. I've got the hook, the lines, and... Oh no! How did I forget? My precious fountain pen sunk to the bottom of the pond! I dropped it after a butterfly scared the bejeebies out of me. Could you go reel it out?	It's a fountain pen, not a pond pen! Could you go fish it out?
Librarian Larry	My precious fountain pen may as well be a literal fountain pen with all this water! While it dries off, will you see Professor Pete for me? His book, Contemporary Cogology, would be an excellent source. All of the library's copies are out, so I'd love if he could lend me one.	Professor Pete should have a copy of his book available. Can you check?
Professor Pete	My goodness, [Toon name]?! Look how much you've grown! Word about you has spread all over town, and now you've even been scouted out by the Toon Resistance? You really have become quite the Cog crusher. Back on track, though... I'd love to lend Larry my book, but a Pencil Pusher made off with my last copy. Could you get it back?	That Pencil Pusher better not have annotated anything in my book. It's already perfect!
