Animation

1. The Cog brings out paper and a shredder.
2. Shredded pieces of the paper fly toward the targeted Toon after the Cog shreds the paper.
   • If the attack hits, the Toon's head knocks back.
   • If the attack misses, the Toon jumps out of the way.
