Technically, he SHOULD be in Toon Hall in the Toontown Central Playground.

But yeah, I kinda miss him too. I don't think he's been quite the same after he lost Fluffy. He kinda just has that blank Doodle stare... I guess a lot of NPCs kinda stare off into space like that.

Even when they turn their head to look right at you, ya kinda wonder if they're all there. The lights are on, but nobody's home.
