Another Special Effect (like saying "Howdy!" to Paula Behr) will remove the Small Toon Effect (and Pumpkin Head). So maybe don't do that if you have the Small Toon Special Effect.

Some Special Effects don't work in Toontown Central. Try going to a different Playground to see if you have the effect there...

Are you sure the NPC said you had 30 Days? If you were doing Daisy Gardens Tasks, it would have been far less.
