The Random Toon Shirt is a special shirt that can be purchased from Clarabelle's Cattlelog for 40 jellybeans, which is available from June 17th to July 1st. It was released in loving memory of Michael, otherwise known as "Kong" or "The Random Toon", who was an influential Toontown YouTube creator in the Toontown community and passed away on June 24, 2018.[1]
