The ToonFest 2016 Blue Backpack is a special backpack accessory that could be obtained by redeeming the code "omgcon2016" from July 1st to August 1st in 2016 and the code "toonfest-birthday-2016" from June 2nd to June 30th in 2023, and the code "cheerful-chattering-chestnuts" after solving the Silly Scavenger Hunt during ToonFest Columbus before December 20th in 2024. It was released in celebration of ToonFest at OMG!Con 2016.
