Toons Hit
Toons Hit is a special ability from SOS Toons who increase accuracy of Toons' gags by 75% for a certain number of rounds, which is applied by a status effect called "Accuracy Up". It does not guarantee that gags will hit and does not impact the accuracy of doodle tricks.
