Clarabelle Cow

Clarabelle Cow is a cartoon character created by Walt Disney and Ub Iwerks for The Walt Disney Company. She is an anthropomorphic cow known to be one of Minnie Mouse's best friends. In the Toontown universe, she appears as an NPC who is involved in a ToonTask during the Toontorial process and responsible for running her Cattlelog. From her Cattlelog, Toons can purchase cosmetics, aesthetic wares, upgrades, and other features with jellybeans.

• Jacob Eiseman, a former member of the Toontown Rewritten Team, is Clarabelle Cow's voice actor. In Toontown Online, there was no voice acting for her.
