Animation

1. The Cog wags their finger.
2. Several purple words saying "blah" appear as the Cog wags their finger, which moves towards the targeted Toon.
   • If the attack hits, the words knock the Toon over.
   • If the attack misses, the Toon moves out of the way and the words disappear behind them.
