Glower Power is a Cog attack that is performed by Tightwads, Head Hunters, and The Big Cheeses.

Animation

  1. The Cog bends over to stare at the targeted Toon, with daggers shooting out of their eyes.
    • If the attack hits, the daggers strike the Toon, forcing them down.
    • If the attack misses, the Toon simply jumps out of the way.

Trivia

  • The Big Cheese is the only Cog to perform Glower Power with varying damage values because Toontown Online's code causes their unreleased attacks (Cigar Smoke, Flood the Market, and Song and Dance) to default to Glower Power.[1][2]
  • Glower Power is based on the verbal expression "look daggers at" or "glare angrily or venomously at", and having literal daggers coming out of eyes is a common sight gag in cartoons and comics.
