Glower Power is a Cog attack that is performed by Tightwads, Head Hunters, and The Big Cheeses.
Animation
- The Cog leans over to shoot daggers out of their eyes at the targeted Toon.
- If the attack hits, the daggers strike the Toon and forces them down.
- If the attack misses, the Toon simply jumps out of the way.

Trivia
- The name is based on the verbal expression "look daggers at" or "glare angrily or venomously at", and having daggers coming out of eyes is a common sight gag in cartoons and comics.
- As with Hostile Takeover, the dagger model used for the attack is borrowed from the one found in Daisy Gardens, Inc. that is stuck to a Cog Nation crate.
