The Grand Electoral Counters were two animated counters used for the Toon Council Presidential Elections that were placed on each side of the stage to tally up the total number of votes for Flippy and Slappy. The red counter goofed up Slappy's votes, displaying 4,820 for a few seconds to create suspense and seemingly suggest that Flippy won by an extra vote. When the red counter correctly displayed the votes, Slappy was elected as Toon Council president for gaining 5,131 votes, while Flippy had 4,821 votes.
