Loony Labs

Loony Labs is a group of Scientoons who specialize in creating inventions that are beneficial to Toontown, such as the Silly Meter. Two departments known as S.I.L.L.I. (Scientists Interested in Laugh Levels Increasing) and C.A.K.E. (Categorizing All Known Energy) make up Loony Labs, both of which conduct research on various types of silliness.
