Toon HQ Takeover
Toon HQ Takeover is an event run by Toon Headquarters where Toons band together to complete a town-wide "TownTask" split into three sub-goal tasks. Completing each goal of a TownTask unlocks a permanent reward for all of Toontown. Rewards become available as limited-time codes when goals are completed, then become available in Clarabelle's Cattlelog or elsewhere like Clothing Shops after the event concludes.
Announced on January 1, 2023, the first-run Toon HQ Takeover event known as the New Year's Toon HQ Takeover was active until January 9th, in which Toons had to defeat a total of 2,100,000 Cogs to complete the TownTask split into the Punchy Task, the Silly Task, and the Loopy Task.[1] TownTask progress was displayed on the chalkboard and tracked by the Gag-O-Meter straight from the Toon HQ Takeover page of Toontown Rewritten's website.[2] Despite the event being scheduled to end on January 9th, Toons managed to complete the goals of the TownTask by January 7th.[3]
