Toon HQ Takeover
Toon HQ Takeover was an event run by Toon Headquarters on Jaunary 1, 2023, where Toons banded together to complete a community-wide TownTask of defeating 2,100,000 Cogs that was split into three sub-goal tasks called the Punchy Task, Silly Task, and Loopy Task.[1] TownTask progress was displayed on the chalkboard and tracked by the Gag-O-Meter straight from the Toon HQ Takeover page of Toontown Rewritten's website.[2] Completing each of the goals unlocked permanent rewards for all of Toontown that became available as limited-time codes before they later became available in Clarabelle's Cattlelog or elsewhere like Clothing Shops after the event concluded. Despite the event being scheduled to end on January 9th, Toons managed to complete the goals by January 7th, unlocking the Outset Nametag, Flannel Outfit, and Fruit Catcher Cap.[3]
