Toon Headquarters

Toon Headquarters, commonly known as Toon HQ, is a Toon Building located in every playground (excluding Chip 'n Dale's Acorn Acres and Goofy Speedway) and on every street. Every Toon Headquarters building is occupied by four HQ Officers offering ToonTasks. The first Toon Headquarters building that Toons visit is only occupied by HQ Harry on Tutorial Terrace.

Exterior

The exterior of a neighborhood's Toon Headquarters is based around its theme. In Toontown Central, the building is a fire station with a roof in the shape of a firefighter hat. In Donald's Dock, the building is an ocean liner with a sailor hat for the roof. In Daisy Gardens, the building is a giant watering can with a pink bowl hat. In Minnie's Melodyland, the building is a gigantic jukebox wearing headphones. In The Brrrgh, the building is an igloo topped with a winter hat. In Donald's Dreamland, the building is a star observatory with a nightcap for the roof.

Interior

The interior of Toon Headquarters is similar but HQ Officers always differ. The rooms are an octagonal shape, with a laboratory, test chamber, two doorways, and six chalkboards. One chalkboard has the Toon Platoon showing top 10 Toons with the most points for defeated Cog Buildings, one other chalkboard displays existing Sellbot Field Offices, and four other chalkboards depict various inventions presumably invented by Loony Labs.

Broadcast system

Toon Headquarters has a broadcast system to announce Cog Invasions and Mega-Invasions as soon as they occur and as soon as they end.

Takeover

Toon Headquarters can be taken over by a Sellbot Field Office in the streets of Daisy Gardens, Minnie's Melodyland, The Brrrgh, and Donald's Dreamland. Sellbot Field Office annexes must be depleted for Toon Headquarters to be saved.

Trivia

Toontown Central's Toon Headquarters is the only building to have two telescopes that are animated. As of the 2.1.8 update that was released on April 1, 2018, the previously missing second telescope was added.
As of the 3.0.5 update that was released on December 6, 2021, the chalkboard displaying existing Sellbot Field Offices was added.
