Neighborhood
A neighborhood is a governed zone containing its own playground and streets in the world of Toontown. The basic neighborhoods are where ToonTasks are to be completed, and the recreational neighborhoods are almost exclusively for activities such as racing and golfing.
Basic neighborhoods
Toontown Central

Toontown Central, commonly known as TTC, is a neighborhood located in the center of Toontown. It has streets that connect to Donald's Dock, Daisy Gardens, and Minnie's Melodyland; and connects to Goofy Speedway. It is where new Toons begin their journey after leaving Tutorial Terrace and the first of six playgrounds that Toons progress through.
Donald's Dock

Donald's Dock, commonly known as DD or DDock, is a neighborhood located in the east side of Toontown. It has streets that connect to Toontown Central, Daisy Gardens, and The Brrrgh; and connects to Chip 'n Dale's Acorn Acres. It is the second of six playgrounds that Toons progress through.
Daisy Gardens

Daisy Gardens, commonly known as DG, is a neighborhood located in the southwest side of Toontown. It has streets that connect to Toontown Central, Donald's Dock, and Sellbot Headquarters. It is the third of six playgrounds that Toons progress through.
Minnie's Melodyland

Minnie's Melodyland, commonly known as MML, is a neighborhood located in the north side of Toontown. It has streets that connect to Toontown Central, The Brrrgh, and Donald's Dreamland. It is the fourth of six playgrounds that Toons progress through.
The Brrrgh

The Brrrgh, commonly known as TB or simply Brrrgh, is a neighborhood located near the north side of Toontown. It has streets that connect to Donald's Dock, Minnie's Melodyland, and Lawbot Headquarters. It is the fifth of six playgrounds that Toons progress through and the final playground where Toons train for a new gag track.
Donald's Dreamland

Donald's Dreamland, commonly known as DDL, is a neighborhood located in the northwest side of Toontown. It has streets that connect to Minnie's Melodyland and Cashbot Headquarters. It is the sixth and currently final playground that Toons progress through.

Goofy Speedway

Goofy Speedway is a neighborhood located in the west side of Toontown and where Toons can purchase a kart at Goofy's Auto Shop to start racing. It connects to Toontown Central. Teleport access to the playground is automatically granted to Toons after visiting.
Chip 'n Dale's Acorn Acres

Chip 'n Dale's Acorn Acres, commonly known as Acorn Acres or AA, is a neighborhood located in the southeast side of Toontown and where Toons can start golfing at its sub-playground, Chip 'n Dale's MiniGolf. It connects to Donald's Dock, Chip 'n Dale's MiniGolf, and the Cartoonival Grounds. Teleport access to the playground is automatically granted to Toons after visiting.
