The Toon TV was an invention by Doctor Surlee that played live feed of the Toon Council Presidential Elections via in-game and Toontown Rewritten's official stream, which was recorded by Doctor Surlee's camera bots. When Doomsday was initiated, the Toon TV opened up a new screen saying "Please stand by" until the invasion ended.
