Watercooler is a Cog attack that is performed by Bottom Feeders and Short Changes.

Animation

1. The Cog brings out a watercooler then pushes a button on it.
2. The watercooler squirts water towards the targeted Toon.
   • If the attack hits, the water hits the Toon and knocks them back.
   • If the attack misses, the Toon jumps out of the way to avoid the water.
