Level 7 gags are the last set of gags from each track that Toons obtain upon reaching the required skill points for them. Such powerful gags target all Cogs in battle and cannot be purchased from Goofy's Gag Shop, thus Toons have to gain 500 skill points to earn them again under normal circumstances.
