Pick Pocket is a Cog attack that is performed by Short Changes, Telemarketers, Name Droppers, and Bottom Feeders.

Animation

1. The Cog extends their right arm to where the targeted Toon is.
   • If the attack hits, the Cog grabs a dollar bill from the Toon's pocket in their right hand, shakes it briefly, and then puts it in their pocket.
   • If the attack misses, the Toon quickly jumps out of the way while the Cog's arm attempts to reach the Toon and the dollar bill is absent.
