3. Recover 4 Recipes from the Cogs (Anywhere)
4. One of the following:
   • Return to Tee Hee
   • Return to Sally Spittake
   • Return to Charlie Chortle
5. Visit HQ Officer (Toon Headquarters, Anywhere)
