Clear Coasts is a beach vacation neighborhood that is currently hidden under the cloud on the map of Toontown in the Shticker Book. According to the brochure, its theme is inspired by the Italian Riviera where Toons can relax, explore, and socialize to get away from the Cogs and enjoy the playfulness of a beach trip. On August 28, 2023, Flippy formally announced that the playground was under construction.[1]
Theme
Clear Coasts is split up into three distinct areas: a stone area, resembling a town, that contains tunnels to the streets, a beach dance floor, the Trolley station, and Toon Buildings; a sandy beach where Toons can relax; and a body of water where Toons can swim or use a floatie. The treasure in Clear Coasts is a lemon.
Buildings
Like other playgrounds, Clear Coasts has some of the essential Toon Buildings, such as Toon Headquarters, the Gag Shop, and the Pet Shop. There is a party gate that is likely to have Party Planners reside next to it for Toons to host parties and a shack called Rafts & Floats that is run by Bewey where Toons can purchase their own floatie.
ToonTasks
Like other playgrounds, Clear Coasts is expected to come with new ToonTasks for Toons to complete and earn additional laff points.

Clear Coasts has three streets that are under construction.
Activities
Beach dance floor
A hot move must be performed by Toons within 15 seconds, with each correct move filling a jellybean meter. When the jellybean meter becomes full, Toons performing on the beach dance floor earn jellybeans.
Trivia
- Clear Coasts is said to have started development sometime in early 2022, but was not officially announced until ToonFest: Birthday Bash on May 26, 2023.[2] Development progress on Clear Coasts was discussed during ToonFest: The Great Fanfair on May 24, 2024.[3]
- An alpha preview of Clear Coasts was revealed during ToonFest Orlando on August 8, 2025, with the YouTube video being uploaded the following day.[4] Attendees could playtest the playground, an extended version of Tenor Terrace in Minnie's Melodyland, and new types of Cog Buildings called Joint Ventures. New gags were also announced to be in development.
