ToonFest: The Great Fanfair was Toontown Rewritten's eighth real world ToonFest event that celebrated the 10th anniversary of Toontown Rewritten. The event took place at GalaxyCon in the Oklahoma City Convention Center from May 24th to May 26th, 2024. The Toontown Rewritten Team announced the event on January 30, 2024, along with a "ToonFest Preview" meetup on May 23rd and a ToonFest at home experience. Six panels, one backstage, and three activities occurred as shown in the event schedule.[1]

Players could redeem the code "galaxycon2024" from May 24th to June 8th, 2024, in the Shticker Book to obtain the ToonFest 2024 Blue Ribbon Bowtie, ToonFest 2024 Pink Ribbon Bowtie, ToonFest 2024 Orange Ribbon Bowtie, ToonFest 2024 Green Ribbon Bowtie, ToonFest 2024 Blue Necktie, ToonFest 2024 Pink Necktie, ToonFest 2024 Orange Necktie, and ToonFest 2024 Green Necktie. Attendees could also redeem exclusive codes offered at the convention to obtain the ToonFest 2024 Blue Attendee Ribbon Bowtie, ToonFest 2024 Pink Attendee Ribbon Bowtie, ToonFest 2024 Orange Attendee Ribbon Bowtie, ToonFest 2024 Green Attendee Ribbon Bowtie, ToonFest 2024 Blue Attendee Necktie, ToonFest 2024 Pink Attendee Necktie, ToonFest 2024 Orange Attendee Necktie, and ToonFest 2024 Green Attendee Necktie.
Raising the Curtain on Toontown Rewritten
Content revealed during the "Raising the Curtain on Toontown Rewritten" panel[2] were:

Merchandise

A wallpaper depicting several Toontown community members and a Spin Doctor at a Fanfair Festival carnival was created to celebrate at home and released to download on desktop and mobile devices. At the convention, a Great Fanfair booklet, a poster depicting the Supervisor Cogs and Toon Resistance, three trading cards (Token Taker Ted, treasures, and Virtual Skelecogs), and a "Dazzling Doodle Circus" postcard were available for attendees to receive. On January 3, 2025, Member Mailers were introduced to allow players a chance to receive the trading cards.
