Toon Resistance
The Toon Resistance is a group of Toons who protect Toontown from the Cogs. Appointed by the Toon Resistance are Resistance Rangers, some of which are well-known characters and others that are Cast Members sporting their green fist badge.

Resistance Salute
The Resistance Salute is a special animation that signifies membership or affiliation of the Toon Resistance. When using the animation, a Toon jumps up and says "Toons of the world, unite!". The animation is given to Toons who visit Rusty Ralph, Naggy Nell, Groovy Garland, or Whispering Willow to say "Would you like some help?" via SpeedChat.
Events
Toon Resistance Marathon
Upon receiving word regarding a Double Experience Weekend event, the Toon Resistance decided to join Toons in defeating Cogs and taking down Cog Buildings by hosting a Cog-busting marathon.[1] If Toons fought Cogs in the presence of a Resistance Ranger, they were granted the Resistance Salute animation and the Sellbot Cog-Crusher Outfit. As with Double Experience Weekend, the event commenced on October 10, 2014, and ended on October 12, 2014.
Operation: Storm Sellbot Headquarters

After Resistance Rangers managed to slow down the production of the Sellbot Factory, the Toon Resistance found the perfect opportunity to initiate Operation: Storm Sellbot Headquarters. An outpost was secured by the Toon Resistance in Sellbot Headquarters where they offered limited-time Toon Resistance ToonTasks for exclusive rewards. The event commenced on July 31, 2015, and ended on August 31, 2015.
Operation: Crash Cashbot Headquarters

After uncovering a highly classified Cog memo with mentions of a "C.F.O. Project", the Toon Resistance initiated Operation: Crash Cashbot Headquarters to put a stop to the Cogs' plans. The Toon Resistance sabotaged Cashbot Headquarters by covering it with graffiti and destroying Cashbot freight trains. An outpost was once again secured by the Toon Resistance in Cashbot Headquarters where they offered limited-time Toon Resistance ToonTasks for exclusive rewards. The event commenced on May 2, 2019, and ended on May 31, 2019.
