Skelecogs

Skelecogs are Cogs that are produced off the assembly line without their suits. They behave and communicate like regular Cogs, but their vocals are muffled and more robotic. They can appear as Virtual Skelecogs and Version 2.0 Cogs (due to their suits being destroyed). Outside of Mega-Invasions, they commonly appear in the Cog facilities, including the Sellbot Towers, Cashbot Vault, and Bossbot Clubhouse.^{[notes 1]}

Speech

Skelecog is a pun on "skeleton".
Skelecogs invaded Toontown for the first time during Doomsday. According to Doctor Surlee, Toons were defeating the Cogs faster than they could be produced, resulting in their suit output being skipped.

↑ In the Lawbot DA Offices, there are Virtual Skelecogs. In the Bossbot Golf Courses and Bossbot Clubhouse, there are Version 2.0 Cogs.
