Version 2.0 Cogs

Version 2.0 Cogs, also known as v2.0 Cogs, are Cogs that consist of their outer suit and their Skelecog form. Upon destruction of their outer suit, they become a Skelecog. They are permanently defeated once their outer suit and Skelecog form are obliterated. They are commonly found as Bossbots in the Bossbot Golf Courses and the Bossbot Clubhouse.

Trivia
- Earning parts of the Bossbot Cog Disguise involves completing ToonTasks offered by Shep Ahoy instructing Toons to defeat Version 2.0 Cogs, which is typically accomplished by infiltrating the Bossbot Golf Courses unless there is a Mega-Invasion of Version 2.0 Cogs.
- Using a pink slip eliminates a Version 2.0 Cog.
- Using a remote control on a Version 2.0 Cog and destroying its outer suit will not affect the remote control as it persists across layers.
- A mechanic known as "carryover damage" for gags when used against Version 2.0 Cogs was removed as a result of balancing changes made during the 3.0.0 update that was released on December 3, 2021.[1]
