Clip on Tie is a Cog attack that is performed by Telemarketers, Short Changes, and Flunkies.

Animation

1. The Cog brings out a yellow and purple-striped clip-on tie.
2. The Cog then throws the tie at the targeted Toon.
   • If the attack hits, the Toon leans backward once the tie hits them, and damage is inflicted.
   • If the attack misses, the Toon jumps to the side to dodge it and the tie disappears after landing beside them.

A "clip-on tie" is a tie for people who do not know how to tie a tie. As the name implies, people clip the tie on their shirt.
