Power Tie is a Cog attack that is performed by Money Bags, Corporate Raiders, and The Mint Auditor.

Animation

1. The Cog brings out a bow tie with red and violet stripes.
2. The Cog then throws the bow tie at the targeted Toon.
   • If the attack hits, the Toon cringes and damage is inflicted.
   • If the attack misses, the Toon jumps out of the way and the bow tie disappears after landing beside them.
