Jack O' Kazam is an NPC duck Toon who appears in Toontown Central during Halloween to offer a limited-time ToonTask that allows Toons to trick-or-treat and obtain a Pumpkin Head. He is widely known as the wizard who sends frights to transform Toontown into "Spooktown".
