Halloween
Halloween, also known as the Spooktown Curse, is an annual event in which the curse of Jack O' Kazam causes Toontown to transform into "Spooktown", occurring on October 25th and ending on November 1st.
Items
Clarabelle's Cattlelog offers Halloween-themed clothing, accessories, furniture, and two Toon colors called Spooky Purple and Spooky Green. Notably, the Jester Outfit, the Potionist's Outfit, and seven Gag Wizard outfits (e.g. Lurelock's Outfit) can be purchased from Clarabelle's Cattlelog.
ToonTasks

Halloween ToonTasks are limited-time ToonTasks that Toons can complete to earn a Pumpkin Head and Bloodsucker Cog Summons. Cat Toons also have a choice to become a temporary or permanent Black Cat.
Spellbound bags

Toons can locate Jack O' Kazam's spellbound bags in the playgrounds and their main buildings, such as Toon Headquarters. Only one bag is found in all districts, but another bag spawns each time one bag is collected. When a Toon collects a bag, they receive a "Spooky Surprise" unite.
Bloodsucker Mega-Invasion

On October 25th, Bloodsuckers invade with a Mega-Invasion that lasts until October 27th.
Trivia
- In the 2.6.6 update that was released on October 26, 2019, Halloween decorations were extended to November 3rd, with the original end date being November 1st. However, this was reverted back to November 1st in the 3.6.1 update that was released on October 28, 2022.
