Booregard is an NPC cat Toon who appears in Toontown Central during Halloween to offer a limited-time ToonTask that allows Toons to obtain a Bloodsucker Cog Summons and cat Toons to become a temporary or permanent Black Cat. They also appear on Friday the 13th to cast the Black Cats' Curse.

- They are a Toon Trooper who works for the Toon Council.
- According to them, there is a Cog known as the Impericog that rises out of the fountain on Punchline Place and steals sweets during Halloween.
