Black Cat

A Black Cat is a special Toon color transformation exclusive to cat Toons. Between October 29th and November 1st during Halloween, new cat Toons who visit Flippy on Tutorial Terrace by saying "Toontastic!" via SpeedChat and existing cat Toons who complete a limited-time ToonTask offered by Booregard in Toontown Central can become a Black Cat. All Toons of Toontown also transform into a randomized Black Cat on Friday the 13th.

Trivia

• Black Cats first arrived to Toontown on October 31, 2013. On that day, Flippy allowed Black Cats as his first campaign for the Toon Council Presidential Elections.
• Existing cat Toons could previously become Black Cats by visiting Flippy in Toon Hall until 2017. From 2018 until 2021, only new cat Toons could become Black Cats while on Tutorial Terrace, which was the original method in Toontown Online.
• Over 10,000 new Black Cats were welcomed to Toontown on October 31, 2020.
